1. Deep Frying In Flour

Ingredients You Need:

– Raw shrimps

– 8 eggs

– Canola oil

– Creole seasoning

– Baker’s Scoop Self-Rising Flour

– Beer (optional, about 6 ounces)

– Lemons

– Cocktail sauce

– Skewer (you can use one or many skewers)

How To Cook:

Step 1:

Peel off the shells of the shrimps; then, devein them. Place the shrimps on the skewer. You can place all shrimps on one skewer or each one on each skewer. Season the shrimps with Creole.

Wrap them in parchment paper and put them in a medium-size bowl. So, the spices will have time to penetrate into the shrimps.

Step 2:

Spray canola oil in a frying pan. The oil will have to fill perfectly in it for at least 3 inches. Therefore, remember to choose a deep-bottom pan to prevent the oil from splashing over your kitchen. Heat the oil on your stove to about 350 Fahrenheit degrees.

Step 3:

Meanwhile, mix the flour with Baker’s Scoop Self-Rising Flour, eggs, and beer. Just measure the amount needed for the shrimps you have.

Dip the skewers having the shrimps into the flour and make sure all sides are equally covered.

Step 4:

Put them into the skillet and deep-frying each side in 1.5 minutes. Using a slotted spoon to take them out and place them on a paper towel to drain. Keep doing that with the rest of the shrimps. You can serve with cocktail or lemon sauce for the best flavor.

2. Deep Frying In Panko bread crumbs

Ingredients You Need:

– Raw shrimps
