Depend on your favorite dishes, we would like to introduce some ways that make the Kielbasa to the best quality: Boiled Kielbasa, Baked Kielbasa, Fried Kielbasa, Grilled Kielbasa, Slow-cooked Kielbasa. Let's start. 

1. Boiled Kielbasa

Ingredients:

- A cooking pot.

- Minced garlic.

- Minced peppercorns.

- Salt.

How To Cook:

Step 1: Fill the cooking pot with water. Make sure the water reaches ⅔ of the pot.

Step 2: Turn on the cooker and wait until the water boils. After a few minutes, lower the temperature and let the water simmer.

Step 3: Put the garlic, peppercorns, and salt into the pot. Stir it around. Taste a drop and see whether it suits your appetite.

Step 4: Slowly put the Polish sausage inside the boiling water. Keep it around 130 - 150 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 5: Wait for the sausage to be boiled thoroughly, which would take around 10-15 minutes.

Step 6: Take the sausage out and serve it while the dish is still hot. Some people would cut the boiled sausage into smaller pieces, then mix them with boiled veggie for a healthy meal.

But you can still keep the sausage intact and eat it with soya sauce, chili sauce, or tomato sauce if you wish.

2. Baked Kielbasa

Ingredients:

- An oven.

- Thinly sliced Polish sausage.

- Salt.

- Minced mint.

Step 1: Season the sausage with salt and mint. If you want the sausage to be well marinated, let the bowl of sausage rest for 5-10 minutes.

Step 2: Poke tiny holes on each sausage slice to make sure the heat will be well circulated.

Step 3: Put the slices of sausage on a tray and leave them inside the oven.

Step 4: Turn on the oven at around 700 degrees Fahrenheit.  Keep it that way for at least 20 minutes.

Step 5: Once the sausage is well baked, carefully put them on a plate and serve right away. Baked sausage can mix with rye bread and chili sauce for a quick and hearty breakfast!

3. Fried Kielbasa

Ingredients:

- A cooking pot.

- A frying pan.

- Oil.

Step 1: Fill the cooking pot with water and let it boil for a few minutes.

Step 2: Put the sausage slices inside and wait until they are well cooked.

Step 3: Take out the boiled sausage. Leave them dry to avoid any incidents while frying.

Step 4: Carefully fry the sausage slices with oil. Flip them frequently so that both sides are browned.

Step 5: After 5-7 minutes, take out the freshly fried sausage and serve them with ketchup, mayonnaise, or chili sauce. You can mix these fried sausage slices with noodles, pasta, salad, or sandwichs.

4. Grilled Kielbasa

Ingredients:

- A grill or smoker.

- A cooking pot.

- Cooking oil.

- Minced garlic.

- Minced peppercorns.

- Salt.

- Cheese or bacon (optional).

How To Cook:

Step 1: Similar to other dishes, the sausage needs to be boiled due to its thick texture. Fill the cooking pot with water, let it boil, and then put the sausage inside.

Step 2: Once the sausage is well cooked, take it out and season it carefully with the prepared herbs and spices. If you want something a bit fancier, try rolling bacon around the sausage.

Or you can put a piece of cheese on top of the sausage. Once the heat goes up, the cheese will melt and create a unique taste for your fresh Kielbasa.

Step 3: Place the sausage on the grilling plate. It is recommended that you use a brush to season both the plate and the sausage with oil beforehand.

This way, not only is the sausage better cooked, but it will also prevent the meat from getting stuck while cooking.

Step 4: Wait around 5 minutes for each side to be browned, and remember to flip the food! Once it is done, serve the hot grilled sausage with some mint leaves.

5. Slow-cooked Kielbasa

Ingredients:

- A slow cooker.

- Sliced Polish sausage.

- Beer.

Step 1: Turn on the slow cooker and leave it at around 200 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 2: Put all the prepared ingredients - except for the sausage - in the cooker. You can make certain adjustments to make sure the broth fits your appetite.

Step 3: Wait until the broth starts to boil. Then, simmer it down and slowly pour the sliced sausage inside. Use a lid to cover the top and wait for 5-6 hours. Do not let the water boils! Ideally, it is best to keep the cooker at 140 to 160 degrees Fahrenheit.
