- 70 gr of Taro powder
- 2 tablespoons of black tea
- 180 ml of hot water
- A pinch of baking soda
- ¼ tablespoon of sweetened condensed milk
- ½ cup of coconut or almond milk
- 2 - 4 tablespoons of liquid sugar
- ½ cup of ice cubes
- A handful of Tapioca pearls
- 1 teaspoon of cream
First of all, the black Tapioca pearls should be cooked before being prepared in your serving glasses. While waiting for that to happen, brew the tea and then reserve ½ cup. Chill the remaining tea in the fridge and once those pearls are finished, just soak them in both tea and sugar.
