  5. Clean the edge of each jar with a damp paper towel. Remember to put the lids on top of each jar and seal them carefully. 
  6. Once all the jars are ready, lay them in the boiling water to process. When the water has reached a boil, set a timer for 5 minutes; remove the jars outside to cool after five minutes. It will take from 24 to 48 hours for the jelly to cool and set completely. Now, you already have a seedless raspberry jelly recipe to enjoy!

How Do You Make Strawberry Jelly?

For an easy strawberry jelly recipe, you need:

  • 4 cups strawberries
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 4 tsp pectin (optional)

  1. On a separate pan, sterilize the lids and jars by heating them to a simmer.
  2. Mash the strawberries using a potato masher (made from the recommended steel), and put them in a large bowl.
